Your Content

You own your stories. Content submitted through Heirloom Chapters remains the intellectual property of the contributor. We do not sell, license, or use your family's stories for any purpose beyond operating the platform and fulfilling print orders.

AI Features

When you use our optional AI writing assistance, your content is sent to our AI provider for processing. This content is not used to train AI models. AI-assisted edits are always presented for your review before publishing.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication via Clerk, and row-level security in our database. Your data is stored on servers in the United States.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
